A Title Leads to Discovery:

However, there are exceptions.
On occasion, a well-listed artist like Miller will paint a scene of some historical significance like this one titled: “Eden Mill”.
Eden Mill was first built in the 1800's and over time was operated as both a mill & as a power plant. Today, it is a thriving nature center situated amongst a thriving art community. This particular artwork, rendered in 1970 - offers a compelling historical view of that structure
before it was fully renovated. Because of that center’s renewed popularity, I’ve been offered many times my purchase price for this piece from dealers in that area.
